Tis the season to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit! Our team here at Paul Wharton Style are experts at keeping it real and we want to share our holiday mental health check list with you!
As the stigma surrounding mental health becomes weaker, we challenge you to do a double check on your own. As you go through this checklist, don’t forget that you are not expected to be the life of the party at every holiday event, or even be up to attending every event this season. Not only is this the season of celebration, but it is a time for rest and growth as we plan the future of the upcoming year. Take your time this holiday season, take a breath, and don’t be afraid to say no when you’e not up for a social occasion.

Our list is not the end all of mental health check ins, but it is a great start! As you check in on yourself every so often (twice a week, or more, depending on your needs) we hope that you add more personal questions to your list. The more personal you make your check list, the more progress you will see in your min, body, and soul. In order to see/make changes, you must commit to checking in on yourself. It’s all about consistency!
We wish you the very best of days and a happy holidays!
