I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “We’re all in this together” too many times by now. You see celebrities saying it, fitness instructors talking about the toll it is taking on their bodies and health, all while they continue to post photos of them looking photoshop ready with perfectly sculpted bodies. The two simply just do not add up. This is because celebrities and fitness moguls HAVE NOT pasued their daily routines, only altered them. So I am here to show you that you don’t need a gym or even any equipment to get your body toned and sculpted just the way you want it.
First things first, you must designate a space in your home for exercising. The most important part of fitness is being in the correct mental and pjysical space to get active. Once you do that you can get right to work. I would also advice investing in a yoga mat because they definitley add to your fitness experience and protect your body from the ground. They make it easy to exercise anywhere!
Secondly, gather your workout attire. You never see you ‘fitspiration’ exercising in pajamas so you cant either! any pair og legginngs, yoga pants, shorts, or spandex will do, and an ordinary sports bra to keep you tight is just fine! Comfortable sneakers should always be in your closet, so throw those on too.
Now you are ready to start your fitness journey. The most popular workouts are all online, and even better, they’re usually available on Youtube for free! This gives you absolutely NO excuse to not workout.
