A Miami Remedy for the Cold

During the cold winter season, we all are desperate to get away. When you can finally take a break or you have saved up some extra funds, buy a plane ticket and book a hotel room, jet off to a warm destination!

Consider leaving the 40mph winds behind and travel to 78-degree Miami Beach, Florida. Miami is a common place to visit, as its beaches are beautiful and the temperature is always just right. The sun is undeniably full of tanning powers, it even provides the perfect lighting for post-worthy selfies. When traveling to Miami, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Resort is always a hit. Not only is it just a 10-minute drive from the Lincoln Road Mall, it is also close to other resorts full of 5-star restaurants, extravagant pools and their own private beaches.

Everyone who visits Miami without a doubt loves laying out by the pool, taking pictures on the beach, and having a dip in the hot tub every hour. However, if you are anything like me, your favorite part of any trip is… SHOPPING! Miami Beach has an abundance of options as its outlet stores are full of shelves and racks of styles that are to die for! Bal Harbour Shops is an open-air shopping mall on Collins Avenue, filled with some of the most popular stores. Some of my favorites to name are Gucci, Intermix, Neiman Marcus, and Prada.

This Avenue has some of the best cuisines in Florida! You might want to grab dinner at La Côte. It is a double-decked Mediterranean Grill who specializes in all fresh dishes. A few popular ones include the Roasted Mahi roll, the Maine Lobster and the Spaghetti Carbonara.

Did I mention that Fontainebleau Miami Beach Resort has one of the hottest nightclubs in Miami? Also known as Liv Nightclub, it is consistently ranked one of the top nightlife venues in the world. It reopened after a $10 million renovation to kick off and redefine the nightlife on Miami Beach. If you are 18+, you are welcomed to enjoy the celebrities and notable artists like the Migos, SnoopDog, Gucci Mane, and more. This nightclub is accompanied with 5-star dinners at the local restaurants like Hakkasan, Strip & Steak, and Burger & Pizza by Michael Mina. Frank Sinatra was the first to illuminate the stage, followed by the likes of Sammy Davis Jr., Ann Miler, Elvis Presley, and Tony Bennett. Liv has once again made the space an EPICENTER for style, fame, and glamour.

Miami truly has an incredibly diverse atmosphere, full of adventure for each day that you stay. If you are a true snowbird and you just can’t help but escape the cold weather at home, Miami is always a safe option for a quick vacation full of relaxation and an extreme amount of fun!
